Pls, need more cashiers….every time we go the line-up to pay is 15-20 mins. that is not reasonable. prices getting more and more expensive too, so we may not go in the future.
售货员态度冷淡，动作拖拉，排队很长，但售货员动作很慢。
丰泰要抓紧，别看现在生意有了起色就怠慢顾客，撑起生意很难，保持客流更难，下去会很容易的。
不要忘了诚信待客！客人是商家的衣食父母，怠慢不得！不错，客人是个体，但是如果失去一个一个的个体，基础没了，大楼迟早有一天会倒下的！
在Richmond 店客人找不到要買的貨品，詢問員工代为帮忙，他們的
态度非常惡劣，一問三不知，需要的貨品自己找吧。非不得都不会再去。

大雪后超市外面没有铲雪，路很不好走，尤其是老人 们拉着小车寸步难行，一点儿不夸张！
你们员工的态度应该向大统华看齐，非常的不礼貌。
这么多不好的评语都没有改善的话我想也可能管理人员不在乎他们的生意吧。
我是大统华的常客，偶而会去丰泰买食物。
我发现大统华员工对顾客的态度比丰泰好好多。
丰泰的员工不是很友善。你们应该向大统华看齐。
I hope the night shaft staffs at the seafood department and the meat department would serve the customer first rather then do something else letting the customers to wait for over five or even 10 minutes. About 2 or 3 months ago, I wanted to buy some fish balls. There was one customer there being served. After finished that customer, the staff told me to wait and then he spent over 10 minutes cleaning the cutting area. Early tonight, I wanted to buy somethings at the meat department. The staff was putting the beef shin from a box to the counter and told me to wait. I was waiting for a while and walking around and even picking up something at the seafood department, the staff was still stocking up the beef shin. When I told him I wanted a small piece of pig bone, he warned in a very hostile manner that “Once I cut it, if you want more, I’m NOT going to do it for you! You are giving me a lot of trouble”.
现在最低工资都提高很多了，为什么丰泰请不到像大统华一样稍微整齐一点的员工？员工待客的礼貌很差，连服务台的员工都不愿为客人解决困难，如果购物环境一尘不变的话，会减少光顾次数。
个别收银员态度不好，也不礼貌。
9月4日 在 Richmond 购买刷卡, 7日银行通知在Ontario被盗刷4笔约3千元。大家要小心。

你们上个星期卖的豆苗太老了， 还包一大包！实在不应该！！
肉部的服务太差，很多顾客都留言投诉了为啥还没有啥改进？相比，大统华的员工的态度很亲切。

5月12日中午十一点左右，二楼的门卫超级不负责任，不但不发口罩测体温，还坐在角落里一直玩手机，超市为什么雇用这样的人？只拿钱不干活。还有生肉部那个白发老人，不但态度不好还很懒，上次买肘子，明明里边有，可是他告诉我卖完了，但排在我后面的人买到了。
